The special session titled "Small-Diameter Graphs for Low-Latency NoCs" had been held in the 10th IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Networks-on-Chip (NOCS 2016) on September 2, 2016, in Nara, Japan. The three award-winners in the 2015 competition were invited to give their talks.
