Dear All,

When you publish or present a paper using any part of the NTCIR
collections, please send us

- bibliographic information (author(s), title, journal or proceedings
   title, vol, no, pages, year)     to ntc-secretariat@xxxxxxxxx
- three sets of photocopy or off print of the paper, presentation,
   or any other publication      to the following address

We keep a bibliography of the papers using NTCIR at
http://research.nii.ac.jp/ntcir/paper1-en.html

It is to encourage the reearch idea exchange among
researchers. It is also important to keep continuous
financial support for the NTCIR project.

・書誌事項（著者名、論題、雑誌又は会議録名、巻号、ページ、出版年など）

・コピーまたは別刷り 3部
　　（郵送等で、下記へ。電子媒体の場合は、Emailでも可）
