Dear all,

The error in the English version of the user agreement forms
were fixed.

Some of the forms contained a "double-byte white space" in
the table and it caused a problem to display on non-Japanese
environment. All the non-ascii characters were removed
from the forms so that it can be displayed and printed
on any machine.  No sentences are changed.

To obtain the revised version of the English user agreement,
please click "reload" bottun and make sure the revised
page is displayed.

The revised version's filename contains today's date ("20030313")
like the below.
