Dear NTCIR-ML members and NTCIR Workshop 2 participants,

We are very pleased to announce that the CD-ROM of the
NTCIR-2 (Research Purpose Version) will be prepared soon.

To obtain the disk, please download the application form
and user agreement forms for the NTCIR-2 CD-ROM from 
http://research.ac.jp/ntcir/permission/perm-en.html,
complete, and return them to us.
Since actual signatures are needed, please print two copies 
of the user agreement form, fill, and send them by postal mail 
or bring them to the NTCIR Workshop 2 Meeting.
We will distribute the CD-ROM from March 9, 2001.

予定です。CD-ROMをご希望の方は、下記のURLから、申込書と
覚書２部をダウンロードし、ご記入の上、NTCIR事務局までお
送りください。NTCIRワークショップ成果報告会にご出席の方
は、当日ご持参いただけますと、大変助かります。
なお、CD-ROMは３月９日（成果報告会３日目）から配布する
予定です。
