Here are additional announcements for NTCIR-5 Patent Retrieval Task

- We have uploaded the user agreement form for using the patent data
  set in the task. The data set contains 10 years' Japanese patents,
  the same 10 years' English abstracts, and others. Participants have
  to sign this form after task registration.
