[ntcir:206] NTCIR-6 Registration Problem.

Dear ntcir ML members,

Thank you for your interest for NTCIR project.

There are some problems with NTCIR-6 Online registration. We
have manually sent confirmation emails to all the successfully
registered participants.

If you have registered to NTCIR-6 through Online Registration
Form at http://research.nii.ac.jp/ntcir/ntcir-ws6/form_list-en.html
or http://research.nii.ac.jp/ntcir/ntcir-ws6/form_list-ja.html,
but if you have not received any email from one of NTCIR
Project Office staff on Friday June 2, please let us know.

Even if you have seen the confirmation page when you registered,
but if you have not a received email from NTCIR Project office
staff on June 2, your registration was failed. If you are in this category,
please let us know immidiately to ntc-secretariat@xxxxxxxxx and me.

We are very sorry for all the inconvenience caused by this error.
Hope this will not affect your successful participation.

The deadline for NTCIR-6 task registration was extended to June 23.
If you have not registered yet, but you are interested in participating
to NTCIR-6 task, please register in your earliest opporunity.
Eventhough we extended the registration deadline, the dry runs will
start in original schedule.

たいへん申し訳ありませんが、NTCIR-6のオンライン参加申込で
いくつかエラーとなった事例がありました。登録した参加者の方々
には、6月2日(金）にNTCIR事務局のスタッフが手動で確認のメール
をお送りしました。

もし、オンライン登録をしたのに、NTCIR事務局スタッフから
確認のメールを受け取っていない方は、お手数ですが、至急、
NTCIR事務局　ntc-secretariat@xxxxxxxxxと神門まで、ご連絡を
いただけますでしょうか。

オンライン参加申込をすると、申込内容を確認するページが
表示されます。これが表示されたとしても、事務局からのメールが
届いていなければ、参加申し込みが処理されていません。
ご確認いただければ幸いです。

もし、確認メールが届いていない場合は、たいへんお手数ですが、
再度、登録をお願いできますでしょうか？　その際、表示される
申込内容の確認画面を、念のため、ダウンロードし、メール
添付で、お送りいただけると助かります。

参加登録システムの不備でご迷惑をおかけし、たいへん
申し訳ありませんでした。

また、その他、問題、疑問などございましたら、お気軽にお問合せ
ください

なお、参加登録期限を6月23日まで延期しました。ですが、ドライ
ランなどのスケジュールは当初のままですので、参加検討中の方は、
なるべく早めにご登録ください
