[ntcir:302] NTCIR Test Collection: FY2008 Research Activity Report

 Dear NTCIR Test Collection users,

Thank you for using the NTCIR Test Collection(s)
and we do hope you are enjoying the experiments using
the test collection(s).

All the test collection users are required to submit to
NII a report concerning research activities you conducted
using the NTCIR Data at the end of the Japan's fiscal
year,i.e., by the end of March, in compliance with
the memorandum that the two parties signed.

Please send a Research Activities Report by E-mail
to ntc-secretariat (at) nii. ac .jp.

In addition, you are required to submit a publication report
to ntc-bib (at) nii .ac.jp, if you have published your
research results using the Test Collection(s).

The expiration date of the memorandum is the end of the fiscal
year (2009.03.31) and the effect of the memorandum shall be
extended automatically to another fiscal year, unless
a written objection is issued. (This shall apply to
consecutive fiscal years as well.)

If you will terminate the use of the data, please notify
us by E-mail at ntc-secretariat (at) nii.ac.jp.
Then all the data and secondry data derived from them must
be deleted. One copy of its certificate must be downloaded,
filled out and sent by postal mail or courier to
the Address below.

NTCIRテストコレクションをご利用いただきまして、誠にありが
とうございます。このテストコレクションが今年度の皆さまの
研究のお役に立てたならば、幸いです。

双方にて交わしました覚書の規定により、年度末には当該年度の
NTCIRのデータを利用した研究活動に関する報告書の提出をお願
いしております。

下記の「研究活動報告書」を、e-mailにて、ntc-secretariat (at)
nii.ac.jp宛に、3月末日までに、かならず、ご送付くださるよう、
お願い申し上げます。

また、NTCIRテストコレクションを利用した研究成果を発表され

なお、研究目的利用の覚書は、年度末（平成21年3月31日）まで

データの利用中止を希望される場合は、E-mailでntc-secretariat
(at) @nii.ac.jpまでご連絡ください。その後、すべてのデータ
および当該データから作成された二次的データを削除の上、
その「証明書」を１部出力し、必要事項を記入し、署名および
押印をして、以下の送付先に郵送してください。
