  1. Brief description of your system and approach:
Types of Participation

  1. Types of participation:
    A. Full: Submit your results and describe the system. Name of the group and the correspondence between the group and the group ID are announced.
    B. Anonymous: Submit your results. Name of the group is made public, but the correspondence between the group and the group ID is not announced.

    Whichever of the types of participation, every participant must submit (1)a paper for a proceedings of the workshop, (2)system description form of your system, and (3)bibliographic references and a copy of all your papers using NTCIR test collection. For each task, because of the copyright issue, the participants are appointed as collaborative researchers in the NII's Collaborative Research Program. There are no additional terms regarding the program except results submission and a paper for the proceedings. Thank you for your understanding.


  1. Types of presentation:
    A. Open: Present your results at open session in NTCIR Workshop 3 Meeting.
    B. Closed: Present your results at closed session in NTCIR Workshop 3 Meeting.
    C. Whichever: Present your results at whichever of open and closed session in NTCIR Workshop 3 Meeting.
