Instructions for Oral Presentations

Presentation time

Presentation time varies depending on the task. Please contact task organizers for details of your presentation.

Language

All presentations must be in English.

Equipments

Data projector and overhead projector are available. For computer-based presentations combined with a data projector, presenters must bring their PCs.

Handouts

Oral presenters who wish to distribute handouts (e.g., hard-copies of slides and PPT files) at the workshop must send either a hard-copy or PDF file to the address below by Saturday, Oct. 5.
For hard-copies and PDF files received by Saturday, Oct. 5, the NTCIR secretariat will prepare copies. Otherwise, presenters must bring a sufficient number of copies for audience at the workshop.

Each handout must be identified by the task name and paper ID. Please see "List of Papers" at the NTCIR Workshop3 Meeting Page for details of paper ID.
