NII International Internship program - ON SITE research topic 3: Fuzzy Approach-based MoutFeel Discovery in Flavorlens

We are recruiting a Master student  or PhD Student as NII international internship student from universities or institutions with which NII has MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) for international exchange agreement.

Context:

Community extraction in graphs is a problem especially interesting with social media such as Flavorlens[AL18] because on top of providing information about the users and how they use the platform it can also be used to make recommendations and improve the user’s experience.

Objective:

the internship objective is to develop a innovative fuzzy-based approach of community detection in Flavorlens, our social network to share dish tasting experiences.

Responsabilites:

The internship student will be expected to collaborate actively with all team members and contribute to the intellectual life of the project. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+   Contributing substantially to research project and publications
+     Developing, evaluating and applying fuzzy computational community discovery techniques to our Social Network Flavorlens.
+     and other related tasks as they arise,
+     Communicating regularly with the project team,


This internship is part of the CRWB research initiative (Access to Cooking Recipe Without Border)

Research area: Big Data/Digital Cooking Recipe/ AI/Fuzzy Technology

Required skills: Programming skills in Java, Python, SCALA, C++.

Requirement for application: Master/PhD student

Duration: up to 6 months
