PASBio : Predicate-Argument Structures based on Biological Corpus

Supported by: National Institute of Informatics (NII), Tokyo, Japan

About:

This PASBIO project has an objective to analysis predicate-argument structures from natural language usage in biological and biomedical lituratures. Samples of sentences are mostly from Medline and Embo, however for common agreement purpose some sentences are sampled from PNAS, NAR, and JV as well. (The project is in a preliminary stage, thus some other predicates not shown here are under ongoing analysis process)

Note: At this moment, this website shows results of predicate-argument structures. Details on technical point of view will be published later by means of technical papers.

Structures for each predicate: (30 predicates are presented)
