Workshop Registration and Visa Information

All participants should fill in the following registration form and send it to Zhenjiang Hu (hu at nii.ac.jp) before the workshop, preferably by March 10. Your early registration will be helpful for us to prepare enough copies of the workshop proceedings, choose suitable workshop room, and arrange the banquet.

The registration fee is 20,000 Yen, which should be paid in cash on site. It includes workshop proceedings, coffee break, conference fees, and banquet (5,000 Yen). The banquet will be held on a Yakatabune, a traditional Japanese roofed pleasure boat, which will go sightseeing in Sumidagawa and Odaiba of Tokyo.

The visa application process usually takes about 2-3 weeks, and the visa itself will be valid for 3 months. The short-term visa will allow you to stay in Japan for up to about 15 days, including the dates of the workshop.
