文献の概要

学術情報センターで開発中のオンラインジャーナル編集・出版システムは，学協会や大学が刊行する学術雑誌の執筆・編集・出版のすべての工程を電子化・オンライン化し，学術研究成果の流通を効率化するものである。学協会が運用して編集に利用するインハウスシステムは多様な編集部体制や文書形式に対応できる設計となっている。学術情報センターが運用してオンライン出版に用いるシステムは強力な検索能力を持ち，多数の購読者支援機能を提供する。本稿では，このシステムについて，著者，編集担当者，購読者などの視点からの機能や利用方法を説明し，学協会における活用方法を紹介している。

The editing and publishing system for online journals which is under development at NACSIS is to realize efficient distribution of research results, by means of supporting for academic institutions to make all the processes of producing academic journals electronic and online. The in-house system which is operated and used by each academic institution is designed to be flexible enough to adapt to various editing organization and document formats. The online system which is operated by NACSIS and is used for online publishing has a powerful searching capability and provides various reading support functions. This article describes the functions and usages of the system from viewpoints of authors, editors, subscribers, etc., and explains possible introduction methods to academic institutions.
