It is mandatory for all participants to register before TBA - Deadline Extended. Note that this is an earlier deadline than for those registering only for the conference or for the banquet and conference. Please use the online registration form below. For participants wanting to book a room through us, please let us know which type of room you prefer: a shared room (12,000 yen per night) or a single room (16,000 yen per night). We will temporarily book the room for you. If you cannot attend, we can cancel. There are also other hotels around the conference site, so you can make your own reservations at a later date. In that case, you will only need to pay for the banquet fee if you want to attend.
