Dear All,

There will be a black out for the system maintenance
in NII, so we will shut down the server for the NTCIR
project during the following period,


Date and Time (JST):

>From 8/1/2010 18:45, p.m.
To 12/1/2010 the morning


The NTCIR Website is mostly accessible even during
the above-mentioned period, but some websites are
temporally unavailable.


Websites affected:

- the EVIA website
- Web pages to download the NTCIR Test Collection
for NTCIR-8 Participants and Research Purpose users
who are granted to permission to use the data.


NTCIR Project Office will be closed on Monday, January 11
(It is the national holiday in Japan).
Your message will be processed after the noon of January 12,
if it will be delivered to us after 19.00 p.m. (JST) of Today.
