• On the credit card statement, NTCIR-19 conference fees can be described as “K-convention”.
• Online proceedings will be available for free from Dec 8, 2026. Wireless LAN (eduroam) is available at the conference venue.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the NTCIR Conference Office. Refunds will not be made in any cases.

However, the conference and its agents reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items relating to the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. The conference organizers shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations. As the NTCIR-19 Conference and EVIA 2026 will be held in a hybrid format, oral presentations will be live-streamed to online participants. Participants may be photographed or filmed at any time during the event. By attending, participants consent to the use, publication, or reproduction of their image or recording in any form of communication material used to promote the event or report on the event, including publications and resource materials. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should contact the NTCIR-19 Conference Organizing Committee in advance or onsite to indicate their preference.

Student ID

Student registration requires a valid student ID. Please bring your student ID with you at the conference venue. Without student ID, you may be requested to re-register as "Full registration".
