NTCIR-12 IMine-2 Task aims to explore and evaluate the technologies of understanding user intents behind the query and satisfying different user intents.

NTCIR-12 IMine-2 Test Collection is a test collection developed for NTCIR-12 IMine-2 Task,
which includes the following data:

• Test collection data for English/Chinese/Japanese Query Understanding subtasks
• Test collection data for English/Chinese Vertical Incorporating subtasks

Note that document corpus for Vertical Incorporating subtasks are not included in the test collection.
Please download the document corpus at NTCIR-12 IMine-2 task website. Please email to the IMine-2 organizers (imine2-organizers at dl.kuis.kyoto-u.ac.jp) to obtain the password for dowloading the corpus.

NTCIR-12 IMine-2 Test Collection consists of the following files:

• IMine2.QU.Qrels.zip: Evaluation data for English/Chinese/Japanese Query Understanding subtasks (queries, intent probability, and vertical imporatance）
• IMine2.VI.Qrels.zip: Evaluation data for English/Chinese Vertical Incorporating subtasks (queries, intent probability, vertical imporatance, and document relevance）
