【研究概要】

ネットワーク上を流通する多様なメディアを対象としたセキュリティ基盤技術、およびセキュリティシステムの研究を行っている。特に以下のテーマに興味を持つ； （１）情報ハイディング、暗号プロトコル等のメディアセキュリティ要素技術、（２）ディジタルメディアの真正性保証、証拠性維持、著作権保護のためのシステムセキュリティ技術、（３）その他、ディジタルメディアの公正な流通を実現するための要素／システム技術

メディア処理技術やそれを用いた放送、媒体、ネットワーク技術の発展に伴い、文書、音楽、映画などのディジタルメディアの流通が急増しており、社会事業や産業への適用が進んでいます。ところが、ディジタルメディアは編集・コピーが容易、インターネットでの不正配布が容易であるため、その著作権保護、情報漏えい対策、真正性保証が重要な課題となっています。メディアセキュリティ要素技術の研究では、人間には知覚できない微小な変更をディジタルメディアに加えることで、メディアの属性情報をメディア自体に不可分に埋め込む情報ハイディングの検討を行い、ディジタルメディアの公正な流通を実現するためのセキュリティ基盤の構築を目指しています。
