Information for Attendees
Please check the web site of ICFEM 2012. Some of them are directly linked below (but please track and check the conference web site as well).
- Registration: one of the authors must register and present the work for each of accepted papers. Oct 11: Registration only for the workshop is available now.
- Visa application: Please check carefully whether you need a visa to enter Japan or not, and if so make necessary arrangement as soon as possible (the conference has some support for this).
- Hotel: Attendees should make a reservation as soon as possible. The event will be held in a good season for visiting Kyoto, to see leaves change their colors into yellow and red.
