1. The user agreement form for PATENT is also available
   on the web:

Please download TWO COPIES of each agreement form,
complete and send them to NTCIR Office by postal
mail as following;

2. The user agreement forms for Chinese and Korean
   documents and English document from Taiwan, which
   are currenly avaialbe on the above URL, are
   draft versions.  The sentence regarding the copyrights
   of the topics and relevance judgments may be deleted
   later. In the case the sentences will be deleted, you may
   be asked to re-submit the agreement forms.

   Meanwhile these documents are effective for document
   deliverly. So please complete and send them to us to
   obtain the nescesary data for your task.
