■ Upcoming Events ■Dear NTCIR Test Collection users, Thank you for using the NTCIR Test Collection(s) and we do hope you are enjoying the experiments using the test collection(s). 1. Research Activity Report All the test collection users are required to submit to NII a report concerning research activities you conducted using the NTCIR Data at the end of the Japan's fiscal year, i.e., by the end of March, in compliance with the memorandum that the two parties signed. Please send a Research Activities Report by E-mail to ntc-secretariat  .Research Activities Report: http://research.nii.ac.jp/ntcir/permission/report-researchpurpose-en.doc 2. Publication Report In addition, please submit a publication report to ntc-bib , if you have published your research results using the Test Collection(s).For further information, please refer to the page "To Publication Report related to NTCIR" http://research.nii.ac.jp/ntcir/paper2-en.html 3. Update of your team info If any changes occur with the contents of your group's registration (Principal Investigator, Contact person, Members of the group, e-mail addresses, for example), please notify us of updated information. We would like to deliver messages to your e-mail address continuously to announce the updates and the information about NTCIR Project. If there is any change, please fill in and send an application form by E-mail to ntc-secretariat .application form： http://research.nii.ac.jp/ntcir/permission/ntctc-app-e.txt 4. Terminate the Use The expiration date of the memorandum is the end of the fiscal year (2011.03.31) and the effect of the memorandum shall be extended automatically to another fiscal year, unless a written objection is issued. (This shall apply to consecutive fiscal years as well.) If you will terminate the use of the data, please notify us by E-mail at ntc-secretariat . Then all the data and secondary data derived from them must be deleted.
