We strive to maximize each researcher's unique strengths and encourage challenges in unexplored domains. Although we are small in scale, we provide a cutting-edge research environment and support, welcoming researchers who have the courage to pave new paths in research.

We train researchers. Our top priority is to develop each person's strengths (e.g., design ability, implementation ability, logical thinking ability, critical ability, and creativity).

It is essential whether a main finding is ``better than expected'‘ or not. Every student will enjoy the opportunity to experience this in Koibuchi Lab.
