WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE PROGRAM?

• You must be a member of an overseas active task participating group that submitted the results.

• You must present a material at the workshop meeting either as an oral presentation or as a digital poster.

• You are from the non-profit organization.

• We are sorry for this but the undergraduate students are not included in this program.

Precedence will be given to students and younger researchers.

WHAT DOES TRAVEL SUPPORT PROGRAM REIMBURSE?

• Travel costs (basically fee for a round-trip discount economy class flight ticket) up to a reasonable limit will be reimbursed at the discretion of the travel support committee. The committee has a list of estimated ceilings on reimbursement from each region of the globe.

• Reimbursement is in CASH in Japanese Yen given out at the conference site.

• Please search for the LEAST EXPENSIVE flight, so that larger number of applicants will be supported by this program.

• ECONOMY class only

• Funds are limited so we CAN NOT GUARANTEE full reimbursement of costs.

• Please arrange and purchase a flight ticket by yourself, and then apply for travel support with photocopies of the receipt and the ticket.

• Please retain the original copy of the receipt and the boarding pass stub for reimbursement.

• If you have any problems with your itinerary, please consult ntc-support before purchasing your ticket.
