Registration to the NTCIR-14 Conference

  • Online Registration has closed (for all the participants with payment). Please register On-Site at the Conference venue during the conference.

  • Special Registration form for the students from the Coordinate Organizations (without payment, for 4 days)

    (Valid Student ID must be shown at the registration desk at the conference venue)

  • On-site Registration: After June 3, please register at the conference venue on the days of the conference. But please notice that the payment shall be in cash only at on-site.

  • "Full Registration" includes access to all the sessions in the conference (both EVIA 2019 and NTCIR-14 Conference), a USB Proceedings of EVIA 2019 and NTCIR-14, a Banquet (June 12), coffee breaks (June 10-13), and access to the online proceedings.
  • "Student (Full)" Registration includes access to all the sessions in the conference (both EVIA 2019 and NTCIR-14 Conference), a USB Proceedings of EVIA 2019 and NTCIR-14, a Banquet (June 12), coffee breaks (June 10-13), and access to the online proceedings.
  • "Student with Proceedings" includes access to all the sessions in the conference (both EVIA 2019 and NTCIR-14 Conference), a USB Proceedings of EVIA 2019 and NTCIR-14, coffee breaks (June 10-13), and access to the online proceedings. Please note that the banquet is not included. "Student Banquet Ticket" can be purchased.
  • For the students from the coordinate organizations, special invitation is available. Students include the internship students who are currently working at the organizations. It is free of charge to join the conference and you can access to the online proceedings, but lunches, a banquet, and a USB Proceedings are not included.

  • Online proceedings will be available for free from June 10, 2019. Wireless LAN (eduroam) is available at the conference venue.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the NTCIR Conference Office by May 6.
Refunds will be made according to the following guidelines.

Until May 6, 2019: 100% refund of registration fees
From May 7, 2019: No refund

Student ID

Student registration requires a valid student ID. Please bring your student ID with you at the conference venue. Without student ID, you may be requested to re-register as "Full registration".
