For VISA support documents to attend EVIA 2017 and NTCIR-13 conference, we need all the Information below. *Please note that we would send the documents after confirming the completion of your registration. If any questions or problems, please contact the above mentioned email address.*

- Your name

- Your affiliation and Position at the affiliation

- Your registrationID No. to participate in NTCIR-13 Conference (and confirm the payment for it) .

- Your role in NTCIR-13 or EVIA 2017:

• if you are a task participant - Task name and Team ID
• if you are a task organizer - task name
• if you are a Program or other committee member - describe the committee name
• if you are EVIA author - submission ID and title, authors of the paper.
