For the students from the Coordinate Organizations : Special Registration without payment is available. Please register on-site. Valid Student ID must be shown at the registration desk.

  • On-site Registration: If you are registering on or after December 6 for "in-person" registration, please register at the conference venue on the day of the conference.

  • Online proceedings will be available for free from December 11, 2023. Wireless LAN (eduroam) is available at the conference venue.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the NTCIR Conference Office. Refunds will not be made in any cases.

Student ID

Student registration requires a valid student ID. Please bring your student ID with you at the conference venue. Without student ID, you may be requested to re-register as "Full registration".
