Paper Submission Instructions
For Task Participants
This page is for participants in NTCIR-10 tasks.
Anyone who did not participate in the NTCIR-10 tasks but is working on information access evaluation methods is invited to submit a paper to EVIA 2013, a satellite workshop of NTCIR-10.
We invite submissions to EVIA 2013 from NTCIR-10 Task Prticipants, too!
Every NTCIR-10 task participant is expected to present a poster at the NTCIR-10 conference.
In addition to the poster presentation, a few participants will be selected for each task to give an oral presentation of their work at the NTCIR-10 Conference. The selected participants will be contacted by the task organisers by early May.
---See the instructions below.
Every team that participated in one or more the NTCIR-10 tasks is required to write a paper for each task that it participated in (not for each subtask). For example, if you participated in the RITE task and the CrossLink task, you need to write two papers. Your papers will be included in the NTCIR-10 Proceedings, which will be publicly available online. Please follow the guideline on the web: author guidelines.
Submission due: May 01, 2013 (camera ready papers for NTCIR-10)
If you have any problems or questions about the electronic submission process using the Easy Chair system, please feel free to contact the appropriate task organizer. (Visit individual task links.)
When you make a new submission, please fill in the submission form in the Easy Chair system accurately. The table of contents for the proceedings will be compiled due to these information.
Data registered in the Easy Chair (Title, abstract and authors) on ( or before ) April 10, 2013 will be officially used in the proceedings of NTCIR-10.
Therefore, it is strongly recommended to input the final version of your abstract before submitting your final PDF (needless to say, data on title and authors in the Easy Chair have to be also identical with descriptions in your PDF).
If a change occurs with the information, please make contact with NTCIR Proceedings Team at ntc-proc
using the form (NTCIR-10: [pdf]or[txt]) we provide for the Proceedings.

The NTCIR Samples shown above has already removed the copyright block, so we recommend to use it.
