For VISA support documents to attend EVIA 2016 and NTCIR-12 conference, we need all the Information below. However, before the online registration is open, we accept application in advance. *Please note that we would send the documents after confirming the completion of your registration. If any questions or problems, please contact the above mentioned email address.*

- Your registration No. to participate in NTCIR-12 Conference (and confirm the payment for it) .

- NTCIR-12 task name in which you belong, if you are a task participant.
